Platform Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Destiny Holdings Global LLC, an Iowa limited liability company doing business as Kingdom Formation. They apply to the Kingdom Formation website, free community waitlist, Kingdom Models Formation inquiries, Kingdom Creatives Formation inquiries, Kingdom Wardrobe Support inquiries, related communications, and the private member app and community when offered. Provisions concerning a particular member feature apply when that feature becomes available. These terms do not announce app store availability or guarantee a release date.
When you submit a form or activate a member account, you must accept the terms presented for that activity. Please also read the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit a form or use a restricted feature.
Eligibility and launch area
The current website participation, public forms, app membership, and private community are for young adults and adults age 18 and older. Interest may be submitted from other countries. Initial paid enrollment is limited to adults located in the United States. We may decline, pause, or limit availability where a program is not offered or legal requirements have not been completed.
Free community formation
Core Kingdom Formation community formation is offered without a required membership payment. Optional contributions, merchandise, private mentorship, consulting, workshops, or paid programs do not determine a person’s belonging or access to the free formation made available to the community.
Waitlist and inquiries
Joining a waitlist or sending an inquiry expresses interest only. It does not create enrollment, admission, employment, agency representation, a professional relationship, or a promise that a program will open on a particular date. Information about availability, acceptance, and next steps will be communicated separately.
Paid formation programs
Kingdom Models Formation, Kingdom Creatives Formation, private mentorship, business consulting, workshops, and other paid offerings are separate from the free community. Before any payment is due, the participant will receive the program scope, schedule, total price, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, attendance expectations, completion requirements, and any applicable agreement.
The public website does not currently complete paid enrollment or collect program payments. Future payment inside the Kingdom Formation app or through an approved business payment channel will be governed by the terms shown before purchase. Read the Paid Program Notice.
No purchased opportunity
Kingdom Models Formation fees cover training and development. Payment does not purchase agency representation, bookings, employment, casting access, or guaranteed consideration by Kingdom Model International or another agency.
Kingdom Creatives Formation fees cover training and development. Payment does not purchase clients, employment, commissions, contracts, publication, or guaranteed professional opportunities.
Voluntary support and merchandise
Kingdom Formation operates through a for profit business structure. Voluntary support is optional and is not represented as a charitable donation or a tax deductible contribution. Merchandise purchases are ordinary commercial transactions and will be governed by the price, shipping, return, and refund terms shown when a store opens.
Kingdom Wardrobe Support
Kingdom Wardrobe Support provides approved clothing without charge when suitable items, sizes, location, and appointment capacity are available. An inquiry does not guarantee an appointment, a particular item, or that every requested need can be met. Clothing offers may be accepted or declined after review. Please do not deliver or mail clothing until Kingdom Formation confirms that it can be received.
Online purchases for Kingdom Wardrobe Support must follow the current need list and delivery instructions provided after an inquiry. Clothing ordered or delivered without prior approval may be refused or returned when practical.
A church partnership or Country Lead application does not create employment, agency, authority, a leadership title, or permission to act on behalf of Kingdom Formation. Churches and applicants must complete the required review, verification, preparation, and any separate written agreement before representing or operating a Kingdom Wardrobe Support activity.
A fashion partnership inquiry does not guarantee a purchase, product placement, promotion, endorsement, or ongoing relationship. Any approved arrangement will be confirmed separately in writing.
Prayer and information about Kingdom Formation may be offered during Wardrobe Support, but participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving available clothing.
Community conduct
You agree to act honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. Harassment, threats, exploitation, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, manipulation, unwanted promotion, unauthorized fundraising, and misuse of another person’s story or information are not permitted. Kingdom Formation is not a dating service. Read the Community Standards.
Formation is not licensed professional care
Kingdom Formation provides Christian formation, education, mentoring, and professional development within the stated scope of each offering. It does not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or emergency services. Read the Professional Disclaimer.
Content and intellectual property
The site, curriculum, lessons, graphics, logos, recordings, and original materials belong to Destiny Holdings Global LLC or the identified rights holder. They may not be copied, recorded, republished, sold, taught, or distributed without written permission, except for ordinary personal use allowed by law.
You keep ownership of your original journals, reflections, posts, comments, prayers, testimonies, and other content. You grant Kingdom Formation a nonexclusive, royalty free permission to host, store, back up, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, honor your chosen audience, provide requested support, and carry out permitted safety or legal responsibilities. We may use service providers for these purposes. This permission does not make private content public or authorize unrelated commercial reuse. It lasts only as needed for these purposes, including permitted retention described in the Privacy Notice. Your name, image, testimony, portfolio, or work will not be used in public promotion solely because you joined a program. Separate permission or a media release is required.
Approved member accounts and invitations
The public waitlist is an application for consideration. Private member access requires Kingdom Formation approval and an invitation to activate an account. Downloading the app or receiving an acknowledgment does not grant membership. Applications may remain pending or be declined. Invitations are personal and may expire or be withdrawn for legitimate eligibility or security reasons. You may not transfer or sell an invitation, share credentials, enter another person’s account, misrepresent eligibility, or bypass approval or security checks.
Provide accurate account information, keep sign in credentials confidential, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to access@thekingdomformation.com. You are responsible for reasonable care of your account, but these terms do not make you automatically responsible for activity outside your control. Kingdom Formation will not ask you to send a password by email. Account access is personal and subject to continuing eligibility and these terms.
Formation participation and personal responsibility
Kingdom Formation is a Christian formation community, not a church or a replacement for local church life and pastoral care. Where offered, journeys combine teaching, reflection, practice, prayer, shared support, and returning to reflect on lived experience. Circles are guided communities of growth, not unrestricted group chats. A Guide supports participation within assigned responsibilities and does not take control of your decisions.
Available journeys, active journey limits, Circle capacity, schedules, and support arrangements may vary. You may be invited to pause, revisit, or discern a next step. Completion or graduation recognizes a focused season of formation; it is not a declaration of spiritual perfection or a guarantee of a particular outcome. You are not required to reveal private journal entries to prove readiness.
Member content and sharing
Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not upload unlawful material, confidential information belonging to others, or content that infringes another person’s rights. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you submit. Keep private entries private or select an offered audience intentionally. Shared content may be moderated under the Community Standards; private journaling is not general community publication.
We may restrict or remove shared content that violates these terms, investigate reports using information available within authorized permissions, and preserve relevant records where needed for safety or law. Public marketing use requires separate permission. Withdrawal of sharing cannot guarantee deletion of copies already made by recipients.
Service notices and optional messages
Necessary account, invitation, security, and material service notices may be sent while you hold an account. Optional marketing is a separate choice and is not a condition of membership. Available notification settings may allow you to manage reminders, gathering notices, and other nonessential messages. Use contact@thekingdomformation.com for general inquiries and access@thekingdomformation.com for member approval, invitations, or access assistance.
App use and availability
If the app is distributed through an app store, your use is also subject to the applicable store’s terms and device requirements. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, nontransferable permission to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not resell access or interfere with its security. Any additional store terms required for a release will be provided before that release. Nothing here promises current distribution through Apple or Google.
We may maintain, update, change, pause, or discontinue a feature for operational, safety, or legal reasons. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material loss of access and a way to request your personal information. Paid access remains subject to the applicable enrollment and refund terms and mandatory consumer rights.
Third party services and links
The platform may rely on service providers or link to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not mean that Kingdom Formation guarantees or endorses everything on the linked service.
Access and enforcement
We may remove content, limit contact, decline enrollment, suspend access, or end participation when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, prevent misuse, comply with law, or preserve the purpose of the community. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Restrictions may be appropriate for harassment, exploitation, unauthorized disclosure, fraud, account misuse, serious conduct violations, or a credible security risk. Ordinary spiritual struggles, asking for help, respectful disagreement, or incomplete assignments are not by themselves grounds for punishment. Where safe and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow you to provide relevant information. Urgent protective action may occur before notice.
You may request review at contact@thekingdomformation.com with “Membership Review” as the subject. We will consider relevant facts, proportionality, and whether restoration or a limited return is appropriate. Restoration is not automatic if a serious risk remains. Suspension, removal, or account closure does not authorize public disclosure of your private story.
Leaving the community
You may request account closure at contact@thekingdomformation.com or use an available account control. The Privacy Notice explains deletion requests and limited retention. Closing membership does not cancel a separate paid agreement unless its cancellation terms provide for that result. Applicable privacy and consumer rights continue to apply.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website, free app features, community, and free materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific personal result, professional success, or that every item of general information will fit every situation. You remain responsible for your decisions and for seeking qualified help when needed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Destiny Holdings Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or free materials. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and concerns
Iowa law governs these terms without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revised effective date will appear on this page. If a material change requires renewed agreement, we will request it before the affected feature is used.
