Platform Terms
Effective September 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Destiny Holdings Global LLC, an Iowa limited liability company doing business as Kingdom Formation. They apply to the Kingdom Formation website, free community waitlist, Kingdom Models Formation inquiries, Kingdom Creatives Formation inquiries, and related public communications.
By submitting a form or using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit a form or use a restricted feature.
Eligibility and launch area
The public forms are for adults age 18 and older. Interest may be submitted from other countries. Initial paid enrollment is limited to adults located in the United States. We may decline, pause, or limit availability where a program is not offered or legal requirements have not been completed.
Free community formation
Core Kingdom Formation community formation is offered without a required membership payment. Optional contributions, merchandise, private mentorship, consulting, workshops, or paid programs do not determine a person’s belonging or access to the free formation made available to the community.
Waitlist and inquiries
Joining a waitlist or sending an inquiry expresses interest only. It does not create enrollment, admission, employment, agency representation, a professional relationship, or a promise that a program will open on a particular date. Information about availability, acceptance, and next steps will be communicated separately.
Paid formation programs
Kingdom Models Formation, Kingdom Creatives Formation, private mentorship, business consulting, workshops, and other paid offerings are separate from the free community. Before any payment is due, the participant will receive the program scope, schedule, total price, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, attendance expectations, completion requirements, and any applicable agreement.
The public website does not currently complete paid enrollment or collect program payments. Future payment inside the Kingdom Formation app or through an approved business payment channel will be governed by the terms shown before purchase. Read the Paid Program Notice.
No purchased opportunity
Kingdom Models Formation fees cover training and development. Payment does not purchase agency representation, bookings, employment, casting access, or guaranteed consideration by Kingdom Model International or another agency.
Kingdom Creatives Formation fees cover training and development. Payment does not purchase clients, employment, commissions, contracts, publication, or guaranteed professional opportunities.
Voluntary support and merchandise
Kingdom Formation operates through a for profit business structure. Voluntary support is optional and is not represented as a charitable donation or a tax deductible contribution. Merchandise purchases are ordinary commercial transactions and will be governed by the price, shipping, return, and refund terms shown when a store opens.
Community conduct
You agree to act honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. Harassment, threats, exploitation, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, manipulation, unwanted promotion, unauthorized fundraising, and misuse of another person’s story or information are not permitted. Kingdom Formation is not a dating service. Read the Community Standards.
Formation is not licensed professional care
Kingdom Formation provides Christian formation, education, mentoring, and professional development within the stated scope of each offering. It does not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or emergency services. Read the Professional Disclaimer.
Content and intellectual property
The site, curriculum, lessons, graphics, logos, recordings, and original materials belong to Destiny Holdings Global LLC or the identified rights holder. They may not be copied, recorded, republished, sold, taught, or distributed without written permission, except for ordinary personal use allowed by law.
You keep ownership of original content you submit. If a future app feature requires you to upload work, the supplemental app terms will explain the limited permission needed to store, display, and deliver that content within the service. Your name, image, testimony, portfolio, or work will not be used in public promotion solely because you joined a program. A separate permission or media release will be required.
Future accounts
When participant accounts open, you will be responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your sign in details, and activity under your account. You may not share access, enter another person’s account, or attempt to bypass security. Supplemental app terms will be presented before account use.
Third party services and links
The platform may rely on service providers or link to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not mean that Kingdom Formation guarantees or endorses everything on the linked service.
Access and enforcement
We may remove content, limit contact, decline enrollment, suspend access, or end participation when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, prevent misuse, comply with law, or preserve the purpose of the community. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The public site and free materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific personal result, professional success, or that every item of general information will fit every situation. You remain responsible for your decisions and for seeking qualified help when needed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Destiny Holdings Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or free materials. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and concerns
Iowa law governs these terms without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revised effective date will appear on this page. If a material change requires renewed agreement, we will request it before the affected feature is used.
