Privacy Notice

Kingdom Formation is operated by Destiny Holdings Global LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. In this notice, “Kingdom Formation,” “we,” and “our” refer to Destiny Holdings Global LLC when it operates Kingdom Formation, Kingdom Models Formation, and Kingdom Creatives Formation.
This notice applies to the public website, waitlist, program inquiry forms, and related communications. The future Kingdom Formation app may include a supplemental privacy notice before accounts, payments, uploads, or community features open.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you choose to submit, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Formation information, including the area that speaks to your current season and what you hope Christ will form or strengthen.
- Professional inquiry information, including your creative field, modeling or creative experience, delivery preference, and what you hope to develop.
- Communications, consent choices, request history, and administrative notes related to your inquiry.
- Limited technical information that may be received by the systems used to deliver and protect the site, such as internet protocol address, browser type, device information, request time, and security logs.
Please do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a public form.
How we use information
We use information to manage the free community waitlist, respond to program inquiries, communicate about the request you submitted, plan formation pathways, maintain consent and request records, protect the site and community, meet legal responsibilities, and improve our operations.
Waitlist email updates are sent with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. A phone number submitted through a form may be used for direct follow up about that inquiry. We do not use it for automated marketing calls or texts unless separate legally required consent is obtained.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate website delivery, database storage, email, security, administration, and future payment processing. They may use information only to perform services for us or as the law allows.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud or misuse, protect a person’s safety or rights, or complete a business reorganization where lawful safeguards apply.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or audience tracking tools. Limited essential technologies and security logs may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and support private administrator access. Read the Cookie Notice for more information.
How long we keep information
Waitlist and inquiry records are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. Consent, unsubscribe, transaction, dispute, security, and legal records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to honor your choices, protect the community, or meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. Access to submissions is limited to authorized administration. No online service can promise absolute security. If a legally reportable breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Kingdom Formation, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or significant automated profiling, there is no separate opt out needed for those activities.
We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. You may also appeal a decision on a privacy request.
To make a request or appeal, email thekingdomformation@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” Describe what you are requesting and the email address used on the form. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Where the law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may verify the agent’s authority and your identity.
International visitors
Kingdom Formation is based in the United States. If you submit information from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. The public forms may receive interest from other countries, but initial paid enrollment is limited to adults in the United States. International paid enrollment will not open until the required privacy and consumer protections are in place.
Adults only
The waitlist and program inquiry forms are intended for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information through these forms from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
