Privacy Notice

Kingdom Formation is operated by Destiny Holdings Global LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. In this notice, “Kingdom Formation,” “we,” and “our” refer to Destiny Holdings Global LLC when it operates Kingdom Formation, Kingdom Models Formation, and Kingdom Creatives Formation.
This notice applies to the Kingdom Formation public website, waitlist, program and Kingdom Wardrobe Support inquiries, related communications, and the private member app and community when made available. References to accounts, Formation Circles, journals, payments, notifications, and other member features apply where those features are offered and used. They do not mean that every feature is available now or that the app is available in an app store.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you choose to submit, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Formation information, including the area that speaks to your current season and what you hope Christ will form or strengthen.
- Professional inquiry information, including your creative field, modeling or creative experience, delivery preference, and what you hope to develop.
- Wardrobe Support inquiry information, including whether you are requesting clothing, offering clothing, purchasing approved items, offering financial support, exploring a church or fashion partnership, or applying for country leadership. This may include the faith related purpose, clothing types, sizes, condition, contact preferences, church, ministry, or business information, leadership experience, local relationships, references, and other details you choose to provide.
- Communications, consent choices, request history, and administrative notes related to your inquiry.
- Limited technical information that may be received by the systems used to deliver and protect the site, such as internet protocol address, browser type, device information, request time, and security logs.
Please do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a public form.
Member information where features are available
When you activate an approved account or use member features, the information processed may include:
- Account and profile details, profile photo, country, member type, membership and approval status, formation interests, invitation and activation records, and account security information.
- Active and saved Formation Journeys, journey status and history, progress, saved resources, teaching activity, reflections, assignments, practice responses, and requests to discern a next step.
- Formation Circle membership, Guide assignments, shared discussions, community posts, comments, reactions, testimonies, and reports or blocks.
- Journal entries, prayer journal entries, prayer requests and updates, answered prayers, heart check responses, and evidence of growth that you choose to record.
- Formation support or mentorship requests, appointment and event participation, communication preferences, and information you intentionally share when asking for help.
- Policy acceptance records, including the applicable document version, acceptance action and time where recorded; notification preferences and delivery information; and technical, device, session, and security records needed to operate the feature.
Spiritual reflections can reveal religious beliefs, relationship circumstances, or other sensitive personal information. Share only what is appropriate for the purpose and audience. You do not have to disclose an intimate story to demonstrate growth or belonging. We will obtain separate consent where applicable law requires it for a particular use of sensitive information.
Privacy within the member community
Formation Journals and Prayer Journals are private by default. Recording an entry, linking it to a journey or assignment, or selecting a heart check response does not by itself share it with a Circle, Guide, or leader. Where sharing is offered, you choose whether to keep a response private, share it with your Circle Guide, or share it with your Formation Circle. A request to record something privately must not be treated as a request for a leader to read it.
A private prayer, mentorship, or support request intentionally submitted to Kingdom Formation may be reviewed by the authorized leadership or designated support roles responsible for that request. Circle Guides may access the information intentionally shared with them and the limited participation information needed for their assigned responsibilities. A Guide or administrator role does not give blanket permission to read members’ private journals.
Community posts, comments, prayer requests, and testimonies shared with a Circle or member community are visible to the selected audience and may be reviewed by authorized moderators. A private community is not the same as a private journal. Other members must honor confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee their conduct or retrieve copies they have made. Avoid including another person’s identifying or sensitive details without permission.
Authorized personnel and service providers may process stored data only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or meet legal obligations, with access limited to that purpose. This is not permission for routine spiritual oversight of private entries. We do not promise end to end encryption or confidentiality that overrides a lawful disclosure obligation. Public use of a member’s story, image, or testimony requires separate permission; membership alone does not authorize publicity.
How we use information
We use information to manage the free community waitlist, respond to program and Wardrobe Support inquiries, review clothing needs and offers, arrange contact or appointments where appropriate, plan formation pathways, maintain consent and request records, protect the site and community, meet legal responsibilities, and improve our operations.
Waitlist email updates are sent with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. A phone number submitted through a form may be used for direct follow up about that inquiry. We do not use it for automated marketing calls or texts unless separate legally required consent is obtained.
Member services and communication choices
Where member features are used, we process relevant information to authenticate approved members, manage permissions and invitations, deliver formation content, support journeys and assignments, store private entries, enable chosen sharing, respond to prayer and support requests, coordinate Circles and events, and address safety reports. Formation activity supports personal growth and appropriate guidance, not public spiritual rankings.
Account activation, approval, invitation, security, policy, and essential service messages are distinct from optional promotional email. Optional marketing consent is not required to keep an account. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account or security notices. Where available, you may control nonessential formation reminders and notifications separately, including through your device settings.
General communication, form notifications, applicant acknowledgments, and waitlist, Models, Creatives, and Wardrobe Support inquiries use contact@thekingdomformation.com. Member approval, invitations, and account access communication use access@thekingdomformation.com. An acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance or enrollment.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate website delivery, database storage, email, security, administration, and future payment processing. When needed to review or fulfill an approved Wardrobe Support request, we may also share the minimum necessary information with a verified vendor, church partner, or approved local leader. They may use information only for the approved purpose or as the law allows.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud or misuse, protect a person’s safety or rights, or complete a business reorganization where lawful safeguards apply.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or audience tracking tools. Limited essential technologies and security logs may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and support private administrator access. Read the Cookie Notice for more information.
How long we keep information
Waitlist and inquiry records are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. Consent, unsubscribe, transaction, dispute, security, and legal records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to honor your choices, protect the community, or meet legal obligations.
Member records and account closure
Member records are retained while needed to provide the account and requested formation experience. You may request account closure or deletion of personal information at contact@thekingdomformation.com, using “Account Deletion” as the subject, or use an account deletion control where available. We may verify your identity without asking you to email your password. Removing the app from your phone does not close your account.
After a verified deletion request, we delete or deidentify information no longer needed, subject to applicable rights and lawful exceptions. Limited records may remain for security incidents, disputes, legal duties, transactions, or honoring communication choices. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle and are restricted from ordinary use. Information already shared with other people may remain in their possession, and discussion records may need to be removed or deidentified without deleting other members’ contributions. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding to your request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. Access to submissions is limited to authorized administration. No online service can promise absolute security. If a legally reportable breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Kingdom Formation, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or significant automated profiling, there is no separate opt out needed for those activities.
We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. You may also appeal a decision on a privacy request.
To make a request or appeal, email contact@thekingdomformation.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” Describe what you are requesting and the email address used on the form. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Where the law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may verify the agent’s authority and your identity.
International visitors
Kingdom Formation is based in the United States. If you submit information from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. The public forms may receive interest from other countries, but initial paid enrollment is limited to adults in the United States. International paid enrollment will not open until the required privacy and consumer protections are in place.
Adults only
Kingdom Formation’s current website participation, forms, app membership, and private member community are for young adults and adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect member or form information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
